Introduction

“The most important decision we can make is the decision to decide.” -Henry Ammar

Are you tired of suffering from depression?  After twenty-five years of suffering–I was too!  My name is Jennifer Stirling-Campbell, and chronic depression used to dominate every minute of my life.  Today, I have been free of chronic depression for over fifteen years.  As a life-long learner, Christian, light-filled astrologer, mother, wife, musician, and coach, I want you to know that overcoming depression is not only possible; it is your destiny.  This isn’t just any old program–it’s your pathway to a new life of hope and joy!  If you are new to this website, please listen to the Introduction video above before proceeding to #Chapter 1. I will explain the program so that you can utilize it to get the best possible results for you!

How To get the most out of this program

  1. Listen to/watch the Overcome Depression Podcast, starting with #Introduction videos (below). All of my videos are organized by chapter on this website under the PROGRAM tab.
  2. Download the OVERCOME DEPRESSION WORKBOOK and commit only to challenges you are 100% willing to commit to.
  3. Review your commitments daily.
  4. Record your average “joy” level at the end of each week using the “joy meters” at the end of each #chapter in the OVERCOME DEPRESSION WORKBOOK.
  5. Do not proceed to the next #chapter for at least 21 days. In other words, focus on only the material for one #chapter for at least 21-30 days.
  6. Join my newsletter under my logo on the home page HERE so I can send you helpful updates (awesome stuff only; I promise!)
  7. Move forward in the program every 21-30 days, repeating steps 1-5.
