Read about my Surrender experience…this is How to beat depression!

Everyone I’ve ever met who has beat depression eventually reached a “point of surrender.” In other words, they realized that they could. not. win. But I was always taught that–with God–all things are possible. I didn’t quite understand how that worked…until I gave up. What did I give up?

My will to do everything myself. I knew I couldn’t win the battle against depression.

My pride. I had to let it go.

My current life. I knew it had to change.

My identity. I knew I had to become someone else.

Surrender is the only way I know…that can lead to true healing from depression.

What will your surrender experience look like? How will YOU beat depression? I’m excited to find out!
