Pan-Seared Tuna patty

Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna (use a sustainable brand that uses water or extra-virgin olive oil)
- 1-2 T oats
- 1 egg
- 1-3 tsp butter, ghee, coconut oil, or avocado oil
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, cheese, etc.
Directions:
Combine tuna, oats, and egg together. Form into a patty, then pan-sear on medium heat. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and try my favorite Ketchup from Primal Kitchen. You might also try horseradish sauce, mustard, avodado oil mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, or homemade saurcraut. Top with your favorite hard cheese (no American).

Honeslty I couldn’t tell you the salt and herb amounts…. I own this amazing product from www.strattaspecialtyfoods.com but their website doesn’t seem to be operating anymore 🙁 However, strattaspecialtyfoods.com ‘s Sonoran Salt Rub is, by far, the best seasoning for beef or fish I have ever used. If you can figure out the perfect mix, please email me at jennifer@imaquarius.com and I’ll add it to this post!
